Welcome to ChopHop! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChopHop mobile application and services (“Services”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using ChopHop in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app.
“App” – refers to the ChopHop food delivery mobile application.
“User” / “Customer” – refers to anyone who downloads, registers, or uses ChopHop services.
“Restaurant Partner” – refers to third-party restaurants listed on ChopHop.
“Delivery Partner” – refers to individuals contracted to deliver food orders.
“We,” “Our,” “Us” – refers to ChopHop and its parent company.
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use ChopHop.
By using the app, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
Users must register with a valid email address, phone number, and payment method.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity under your account will be deemed your responsibility.
Orders are placed through the app and confirmed once payment is processed.
Payment options include debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, or in-app credits (where available).
Prices listed on ChopHop are set by the restaurants and may vary from in-store prices.
ChopHop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to fraudulent activity, system errors, or restaurant unavailability.

Users agree not to:

Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt ChopHop systems.
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
ChopHop acts as a platform connecting customers with restaurants and delivery partners.
ChopHop does not prepare food and is not liable for the quality, safety, or preparation of meals.
Restaurants are solely responsible for food preparation, and delivery partners are independent contractors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ChopHop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, food quality, or losses beyond our control.
ChopHop’s total liability will not exceed the value of the order placed.
All content in the app — including logos, designs, and trademarks — belongs to ChopHop. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit app content without prior written consent.
Your use of the ChopHop app is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
ChopHop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
